Skanska team signs for $116m Californian highway upgrade

28 Jan 15 A joint venture of Skanska and Teichert has signed a US$116m (£78m) contract with California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to upgrade a state highway.

The project improve state route 58 includes 15km of highway realignment and construction of two bridges.

Substantial construction will begin in May 2015 with completion scheduled for December 2016.
