Rebond 300 makes use of supplementary cementitious materials (SCM) to achieve a carbon negative impact. It has a carbon footprint of -149kg CO2 per tonne, and can replace up to 30% of conventional cement in standard mixes, reducing embodied carbon by up to 40% at standard replacement ratios, representing a 10x improvement over Paebbl’s first-generation material. It is fully compatible with existing ready mix and precast workflows.

Paebbl has built its Rebond Series to work across a family of silicate minerals, increasing supply flexibility. Lower process temperatures are needed for clinker production, cutting heat energy required, and the material permanently stores carbon.
