Investor LähiTapiola Group is client for the €57m (£43m) scheme, which will have about 24,000m² of rentable space for shops and restaurants. Parking will be provided for 600 cars and 110 bicycles.

Â鶹APP will begin immediately and the project is expected to be completed in September 2017.
